Yoga In ITALY

We had a fabulous time in Italy on our Yoga Retreat in May of 2023. We had cooking classes, trips to Cinque Terre and a wonderful wine tour and tasting in Lucca! Words can’t describe what an adventure it was. From the friendships formed, our daily yoga practice, delicious foods and wonderful excursions.

I have been helping people reach their fitness goals for over 20 years. My thirst for knowledge and personal injuries led me to use the Stott Pilates method. I then went on to teach with Club Pilates, Thrive Physical Therapy and Harbour Ridge Country Club. I went on to learn as much as I could through Yoga Fit earning my RYT, 200 and ISSA rehabilitation Certification . I am currently enrolled in a 100-hour meditation course. My love is hosting yoga retreats around the globe. I have hosted over 15 Yoga Retreats. Italy was booked and successful! 1. Personal Training

As a personal trainer, I offer tailored and personalized training services to meet your fitness needs and goals. These training sessions take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home either virtually or in person and are based on a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, lifestyle, and overall health. I aim to provide you with the support, guidance, and motivation you need to reach your fitness potential and improve your overall well-being. I will help you to come up with an in home routine to increase strength, lose body fat, work on balance and reduce stress.

2. Pilates Classes

I provide both Mat & Reformer Classes tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals. We utilize the latest Pilates equipment and techniques to enhance strength, flexibility, balance and core. Whether you are a beginner, or an experienced Pilates enthusiast, I can help you to improve your physical performance. Pilates can reduce the risk of injury, strengthen your core and legs and improve balance. I am currently teaching at Club Pilates in Charlottesville, Virginia.

3. Yoga Classes

I invite you to participate in Vinyasa Yoga Private sessions. Please have a yoga mat and strap on hand and I will guide you through a safe Vinyasa flow based on your needs, goals and injuries. It’s an excellent opportunity to rejuvenate your body and mind while working on balance, strength and flexibility.
